Viewing Messaging Queues

Documents can be deleted or cleared of errors from within the message queues window.

Follow the steps below to view a document message queue.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal page, click the SmartComm tab > Email Notification section > Document Queue section.
  2. Select the applicable Document Queue to view.
