Checking for Syntax Errors in the Expression Editor

The Expression Editor provides a function to check for syntax errors that may have been introduced when the expression was being built.

Follow the steps below to check an expression for syntax errors.

1. Access the Expression Editor.
2. Create the expression.
3. Click the Check Syntax button located at the bottom of the Expression Editor window.
   Result:

• If no errors are encountered, the following message is displayed: "No Error Detected".
• If an error is detected, the following message is displayed: "Expression Syntax is not correct..."
