Deleting Reports

The report designer can delete a report at any time.

NOTE: Once a report is deleted from the system it can no longer be retrieved.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Administrator Tools tab > Designer section > SmartInsight.
    Result: The Report List window is displayed.
  2. From the Report List, click the Edit link next to the report to be deleted.
  3. From the main menu, select Report > Delete.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation window.
    Result: The report has been removed from the database.
